Stanley von Soest is a stunning 12 month old German Shepherd mixed with a touch of something else. With the softest coat and a very sweet disposition, Stanley loves to be the center of attention. He'll climb in your lap and snuggle up close. He's friendly with everyone he meets, but just might not be for small kids as he tends to be a bit puppy nibbly (after all he's still a youngster himself). He enjoys playing with toys and is a smart, eager boy who wants to please and already knows his "Sit" and "Down" commands. Stanley does well on walks around the rescue, including alongside other dogs. In playgroups he explores the yard and is a good greeter, friendly but not pushy. He seems to prefer being with calmer easygoing dogs. Cats are not on his friend list, however.
